This month was a great month. I continue to pay down debt which caused my savings to drop to $3,200. My retirement accounts took off this month finishing the month at almost $104,500. Dividends received this month totaled $277 bringing the total for the year to $1,571. This was my best month yet for option premiums totaling $606 for the month and raising the the total for the year to $1,818. My top 3 positions this month are cash, Verizon and Microsoft. My net worth actually went to the positive side for the first time at $9,800. I am blown away. I did not expect this to go this well. Putting in the effort to spend less, earn more, pay down debt, invest and stay invested is paying off big time.
