October has come to an end so it is time for another update. This month was a decent month for dividends received. Options trading rebounded this month after a couple of down months. Another big event happened this month, check out the details here. Let’s take a look at how much dividends and options premium I received for October.
For the month, I received a total of $415.91 in dividends. This is a significant increase over October 2022 when I received $247.61 in dividends. This is a whopping 67.97% increase year over year. For the year I have received $4,349.29 in dividends. I am still well on pace to reach my goal of $5,000 dividends received for the year.
Options premium received in October was ten times better than last month, totaling $370.72. Below is chart of all the options trades I made in October.

The total amount of income produced from my accounts for October was $825.73. This includes dividends, options premium, and interest. For the year, my accounts have produced $8,141.32 of income which has been reinvested back into the accounts to allow the compounding effect to grow my accounts.
October was a good month for dividends and my dividends continue to grow year over year. This is encouraging and let’s me know I am on the right path. As always, I will continue to invest and reinvest the dividends and options premium. Following this plan will allow the income from my accounts to grow. One day it will be enough to cover my expenses and allow me to retire. Thanks for following along!
